They are doing what most other girls of their age do- at least here. And Eugenie seems to be hanging out at her university neighbourhood bars. Zara and Peter were working, that was their choice, and although they were not necessarily in a lot of the clubs (to be discussed) they were very much at pubs and country parties....they are country kids at heart. The horsey set they belong to have balls, parties, etc., and believe me, they can get wild. They also didn't attract as much attention because, even though they were the Princess Royal's children, they themselves were not titled. And I think it is also a case of "the sins of the father" so to speak. Andrew and Fergie (Fergie deservedly and Andrew far less so) do create a bit of a stir, and so the reputation rubs off on their children. Anne is considered the responsible hard working royal, so this reputation rubs off her children.
Harry is often talked about as a party prince on this board (and he does like his clubs) but he is generally very liked and respected in the UK, by the way!
