Zara and Peter are actually *working.* And even when they were both at school, they weren't out partying like theor York cousins. As for being "surplus," well, people alot further down the succession have inherited the Throne before now, so I'm not prepared to dismiss them. Besides, being "surplus" still doesn't give them carte blanche to behave as party fashionistas, whic is what they seem to think they are. The bottom line is they are Princesses of the Blood Royal, not fashionista starlets, but at the moment they seem to think they're the latter.
