It is greed. I agree that if brother and sister are equally taken care of, then it passes on to the children unless there were any specific stipulations which, in this case, it doesn't sound like it. The sister is nothing but a hypocrite since by wanting to exclude her brother's children, she's not as charitable as her religion calls for.
This story is great to come up now as my sister and I are having problems with my brother and his girlfriend over the contents of my late mother's will. I personally would like to solve the problem by killing my brother and the girlfriend, but my sister and our lawyer talked me out of it. They reminded me of how horrible I would look in an orange jumpsuit and plastic sandals.
