I think it's greed, pure and simple. The kids are his, even if she doesn't approve of his lifestyle. If he and she were left the $$ euqally, their kids should get it equally. And she needs to be reminded that in some countries, adopted kids don't get the family fortune or the titles.
I'm adopted myself and I think what the sister is doing is wrong on many levels. Disapprove of the brother's lifestyle all you want, but don't punish the kids.
