So often inheritance doesn't bring out the best in people. The brother's two children aren't responsible for the circumstances of their birth and are just as "royal" as the sister's children. Still, the sister raised a good point about the natural mother having legal standing to make a claim on the family estate. I don't know much about Italian law, so who the question is how much of this is just two spoiled brats bickering and how much of the argument is legally valid.
