You should always sign your own checks, otherwise you won't know where the money really goes. You can hire the best accountants, but if they're susceptible to temptation that just means they'll be good at hiding their embezzlement of your funds. That, and living below your income level, will protect you.
What is Sarah really like? Probably a lot of fun, very friendly and well-meaning.
