Love love love the shoes! Its those sparkly grandma pantyhose that are a crime against fashion and with open toed shoes 
. Pss Letizia is certainly fashion forward with her footwear choices. I think its probably because she is more of a conservative dresser and shoes are the place where she can make her mark and show more of her own personality and style.
