Most likely the foundation was set up with the bestest of intentions. But Sarah can't be everywhere at once, and all it takes is one incompetent or self-serving person in a position of authority enriching themselves or one nincompoop signing checks and not asking questions to derail things. From what I've observed over the years, either she hasn't been surrounded by wise and seasoned advisers or she listens to whatever advice makes her happy. Neither option puts her in a good light.
