protective underwear!

My Crohns is bad just now, so i never know when the BIG D is going to catch me out, the result is im struggling to go out and when i do go, im panicking . My question to you ladies is what have you found to be the best form of underwear or towels to protect you. Best wishes . Joanne. x

I just carry spare knickers and wipes in my bag. I feel like I smell due to flatulence lingering on my clothes so I certainly couldn't cope with soiled undies. Horrible for us some days isn't it. Good luck with finding something.

Hi Babs, i also carry extra pants and wipes too, but surely there must be somthing a wee bit safer out there to wear till at least you get to a loo. Thanks for answering Babs, hope you are having a good day. Joanne.

when i have the uncontrollable poop, i wear feminine pads. then at least its not like full adult underwear. it doe collect the moisture till you can get to the restroom.
