i understand your plight 100 per cent, when i read your message i felt like i had a comrad, its awful isnt it, i hold mine in and then im in pain all day, but i work in a nursing home and i let one go here and there and the workers just think its the old people, i live with my son and i know that no man would want to live with that because mine are really fowl too, but ive been eating gluten free food last few weeks and im not passing so much wind, at one stage i was timing it and i was passing wind about every minute or less and they were long ones, if they cntinued like that i would have stayed home and not left the house because i hold them in when im in public. If we were freinds you would never be be embarrassed with me. only a crohns sufferer understands.

Hiya its horrible isnt it? I noticed u said u hold them in... I can't. They just go when ever I walk once I've eaten. I am gonna have to try out a few things and stay away from fibre. It is just so embarrassing and really fowl smelling, I remind myself of an old man, no offense to anyone elderly and male reading. PPl really don't have any sensitivity towards it and I have been in tears at times from it. Take care and if you come across any miracle cure let me know xx
