I bought some chocolate chip cookies from Mi-Del website, and the label says it is made with organic sugar, soy lecithin, canola oil, molasses, soybean lecithin, soy and milk.Has anyone had a problem with that stuff? I worry about soy and soybean, unsulphered molasses, and canola oil. I thought that as long as it was wheat free and gluten free that most IBS people can enjoy a particular food item? Thank you. some days it feels like everything is the devil food and some days im fine. I'm going through a devil food period where i bloat once i eat and feel uncomfortable or in serious pain, depending on what ive eaten.

Ji Babs! So true, so true! But I am doing my best to get a grip on what I can and can't eat and hope that after my colonoscopy exam, they tell me it was the inflammation from the meds I was taking and that they can clear it up! Its been two months and I fear that is unlikely tho. Best wishes, Raymond.

for me, i don't tolerate soy either. i'm actually trying this hemp milk to see if i can tolerate that. so far so good. i usually get the almond milk stuff. but soy doesn't do good for me. depends on the person. aloha
