My Dearest Darcy
It is NOT in your head, it IS REAL! I know exactly how you feel, sometimes it's not worth eating because of the pain, the big D etc. I get to scared to eat, as I don't want the side effects. sometimes I just can't be bothered eating, it's too hard. too am on meds for depression but sometimes things get way to much and my family don't understand, which makes me feel worse. I agree about your weight being the only thing you can control, I feel EXACTLY the same.
I try to think positively and count my blessings, but sometimes I just want to hide.
I'm sorry if this doesn't answer your question, but I just wanted to let you know that I understand and know what you're going thru. You are completely normal, what you feel us real. I know that you are an awesome, loving, beautiful and fantastic person, and I'm proud to call you my friend.
Huge gentle hugs to you
