sorry to hear you have arthritis in your hand, unfortunatlty getting the injections are only a temp fix for helping and you can have only so many of them xx
I have arthritis in my ankles and knees - sometimes my hands bother me but not too much.
Ibuprofen is very good for arthritis but us crohns sufferers cannot take it which is annoying.
Methotrexate - which is a cancer drug can help greatly with the treatment of arthristis and also helps with Crohns too.. it is a pontent drugs but it can work WONDERS - i was on it for 10 month (altho i was very sick anyhow and had surgery) - i think Claire is on it and has said its worth it.
I used alot of cold / hot packs on my knees and ankles which helped a wee bit
