Hi hope evryone is well , im feeling much better then i was im now back at work , my appointment for the hospital has come through got to go friday 16th , my neices and neppews have all gone down with a horrible sickenss bug is there anything i can do so i dont get it ? im worried about getting it as ive just getting over flu
