got home today peeps..... soooooo tired. op went well but sats were bad on air so on oxygen quite abit. Then sugars dropped n i was heading for a hypo so docs quick thinking got me some stop hypo gel which u put on yr gums/cheeks n it absorbs glucose really fast as glucose drip would have took too long. Then had three days with high temp so had blood cultures done for that. Had clots in my legs but as they were below the knee their not as big a threat althoguh still had to have scan to double check. Couldnt get my INR up which was dangerously low and they wouldnt let me out untill it was in therapeutic stage ....... oh the joys of hospitals ..... love to all, Donna xxxx ps thanks Darcy for keeping everyone that wanted to know updated xx
