I had an emergency colonoscopy this morning and the results were actually on the plus side. Turns out the only flaring part of my intestines is a 14 inch chunk of the very end. The doc said the reason my meds haven't been working is because my body has fully absorbed all of it before it was able to get to the infected area. So he prescribed different meds in the form of an enema I guess. The idea of it kinda disturbs me, has anyone had experience with this kind of medication?

Thanks for all your support and prayers it really helped me going into this tough time in my life.
