Erin- I obviously have no experience with this but I'd go see another doctor. If you are passing the pentasa tablets vaginally there is some pathway for them getting there. Good luck and start again with your GI (if you are comfortable with her/him). If they still do want you to see an OB doctor as for a recommendation of someone who might be familiar with fistulas.
