hi all

i havent smoked for nearly two weeks now and i am finding it easier now, i have found the book that claire recommended on ebay and have brought that so thanks claire.

on a health note i have got a mri scan on monday to check my belly, i have a ovarian cyst which needs to be kept an eye on and they have a look at my belly while they are doing that so i will get the results later in the month...
