I just spoke to Pat on the phone. She asked me to tell everyone on the board "Hello". She had a pleasant surprise this week when Anita came to see her. Pat was concerned about anyone seeing her 'in this condition' and with her house unkempt but in real friendship Anita told her that did not matter she was coming to see her. Pat said it really helped.
Pat is changing doctors tomorrow in hopes of finding someone more concerned with the crohns. They are having difficulty in balancing her cumadin for blood thinning. The clots in her legs are gone and they are reregulating her meds. She is in good spirits and in true Pat form she is worried about not being here on the board. I am trying to find her address without just asking her for it so we can send her some cards.
I'm doing better today myself and talking to Pat helped. Oklahoma Hugs,
