Surprise

Today I went to give blood to the Red Cross and they said I am anemic again because the drop of blood floated instead of sinking and my hematocrit was less than 38%. I did talk them into taking my blood as I have a doctor's appointment in a couple of weeks anyhow. I've been really tired lately and had some other minor problems but didn't even think of anemia. I've been more concernred with my ankles swelling, especially my left one. By the end of the day it is anklebone width from the foot up. Looks like a fat peg leg to the ankle bones then normal. Even diabetic socks leave a one inch indentation in my legs at the top of the socks. Tonight I feel like life sucks. Ok well- Oklahoma Hugs to everyone.
