Try "Appeal" it comes in wipes and sprays. You can get them on prescription. A lot of ostomates like the spray, but carry a few wipes with them when out. But - it's personal preference.

A fabric bag cover might help with the warm weather. There are lots out there, but you might want to start here:

You can even make your own.
