I just want to mention that the blood test for Crohn's doesn't rule out Crohn's just because it comes back negative. Mine came back negative but I do have Crohn's diagnosed by biopsies in the colon and ileocecal area. My doctor said that a positive result is much more accurate than a negative.
The barium tests never showed anything either.
Hopefully they will get some biopsies with your colonoscopy and it will give you more answers!
