Pat wanted to let you all know that she's been in the hospital for a week (she came home yesterday)
Last Tuesday she had an appointment with her doc.He put her in hospital with a suspected blood clot in her leg,,not only did it turn out she had clots in her leg but also several small ones in one of her lungs and a massive one in the other.
She's been on meds to dissolve them and blood thinning meds too.She's got to be monitored everyday so she's got the nurse coming out taking blood samples then faxing them to her doc.

Apparently the hospital told her that all the paitents they see with Pulmanory Embolisms a third don't make it home. She says she's one lucky lady !!!!!

She's got to have her leg elevated, so i can't see her being able to get on the board just yet.

Pat if you do get to read this,,,just want to say take it easy and do as the doc's say,,,i know you,,,lol.
