I Need Your Help!

The VA Hospital Dr. said they are shipping me (1) gallon of Golytely to induce diarrhea at 5 PM before the day I am to go to the hospital!. I know I will feel miserable for hours, but can anyone tell me if after those first initial 4-5 hours if I will be able to go to sleep, or if it will just plain and simple turn my stomach inside out all night long?The date of my colonoscopy is April 14, friends and I am really apprehensive and worried!

One last question: Almost every drink beverage I look at has fructose or high corn syrup in it which tears me up! I did find a can of Mango nectar, which the label says: Water, concentrated mango juice, and pulp. sweeteners, citric acid, natural mango flavor, and absorbic acid. Is this bad for someone with IBS or can I water it down with 50% water? I would like to hear from those who make home made drinks too.
