Hi All,

I have just come off predisalone after a short flare things are looking good again no bleeding and trips to toilet back to uaual 4/5 times a day no pain as yet. Last time I had steds was just after I was diagnosed in 2005 and all was well until December just gone so hopefully I will get another few years before it kicks off again (touch wood).
