Hi
I too have had Crohn's since the early 80's, been up n down with it.
Currrently Crohn's itself is relatively controlled as much as it can be, but infections galore from being on Azathioprine
I guess many of us live life the best we can as its not a rehearsal.
Hope you find treatment that gives you a relatively good standard of daily living.
