i'm so sorry to hear how poorly you have become. I have a friend who after several major surgeries with hardly any bowel left, is on something called T.P.N *(total parenthal nutrition) (different from NG tube.) it's a permanent form of nutrition they can feed into a central line to give you nourishment. Please ask your docs about this as it may well help you. You are in my thoughts and i hope you are getting the care and support you need
