Life threatening Crohns

i have had crohns for 25 years and it has got progressively worse over that time. i have had ng feeding, central line feeding and i take daily morphine. i am now under the care of the hospice. i dont know whats going to happen to me, my body can't take another relapse, there would be no treatment and i would die of malnutrition. i just wanted you to be aware that if your crohns does not disrupt your life too much be very grateful because it can take your life away completely.
