I've taken to emailing my Consultant rather than going to appointments and I only go if he asks me in for tests. My last blood results were almost normal except for something I can't remember which indicated that it was 'grumbling' and the usual inflammatory markers I also got those results through email. I'm going to see him about surgery because I won't take Methotrexate after Azathioprine nearly bumped me off!
Anyways, good luck to everyone else!
