Hey brother, just wanted to say thanks for being a great and entertaining worker. This may seem off the wall, but I was wondering what your physical training regiment, especially suppliment and nutrition focused on toning and weight loss, that you go through? I just started wrestling school a month ago, and have been making strides in that department, lost 20lbs going low carb, but wondering if there is a better way. thanks man, you rock!
