Best of.... Tapes/DVDs, Quick Q

Hey guys (and Gals), First of are the best ofs... on the merchandise screen tapes or DVD's? (I'm presuming DVDs), and if so does anyone know the region encoding they are (i.e. Region 0, region 1, etc.) Thanks (p.s. looking forward to the European DVD on Feb 26th!!!)
