In 2003 I purchased a 67 Mercury Cougar for my mom for Christmas. She had some minor body work completed and painted the car. I picked the car up from the original owner's family and have all the documents from new. This is a canadian car and has the canadian warranty documents.
The car has approx 123,000 original miles and the car still has all the original sheel metal. the engine was removed and cleaned by the pervious owner's Husband ( she received the car as a 16th birthday gift) the car is paint code N with a black vinyl time and the interior is aqua with comfort weave. the interior is very clean. the car has a 289-2V with a c4 automatic and the car drive very nice. I drove the car 3 hours in october of 2003 and have driven the car a few times since and it is one of the tightest Cougars I have driven. There is absolutly not rust on this car and could be driven anywhere.

The car has manual steering, manual brakes,and is pretty bare bones as far as options but you won't find a much nicer car.
