1967 Mercury Cougar XR-7
289-4V, C4 Automatic Transmission. Runs great, just had transmission rebuilt, new BF Goodrich tires on original styled steel wheels, new radiator, original black leather seats. The dash and dash pad are very nice. This cougar was in dry storage for many years and has rock solid floors and trunk. Exterior body has very small rust bubbles in lower door and quarter panel. The black vinyl top is aged and will need replacement. The exterior paint (now red) is faded and has many dings, chips, and scratches. Original color was Cinnamon Frost (1 of 441) built with this trim combination. The bumpers are straight but the rear has surface rust. The brakes and steering are excellent. I have the original 289 engine that will be included with sale. Car has power steering and power drum brakes. Sequential turn signals and vacuum headlights work fine. Asking $6,700.
