I have 69 cougar for sale with 351-windsor and fmx tranny and no rust. It came from southern Calif. in july last year and is ready to cruise again. Since i bought it I have done quite a bit of work to it and had new upper ball joints,idler arm, and tie-rods installedl. Has new wheel bearings)inner) and seals inside plus new battery tray and battery, fuel filter,power valve on carb, starter. and some more done. interior is real clean with no tears in seats and has new headliner just before i bought it. I took out old carpet and put in new molded carpet and there was no rust anywhere on the floor area. Car is dark green metallic (real nice shine) with black vinyl top that is like new, and has U.S. mag wheels and real good tires.
