I have a 69 cougar for sale in very good condition with no rust problems that i can see anywhere. Just replaced carpeting and could not see rust anywhere and everything looked solid as new.It has 351 windsor with dual exhaust and chrome tips and auto, tranny with floor shifter and runs very good . motor has chrome valve covers, air cleaner, brake res. cover and some braided stainless steel covers on most hoses as well as some other dressup things.
