I grate broccoli stalks and heads for fried rice, macn cheese and salads.
Soups soften. Raw - dentures lolol.
In fried rice use corn, green beans, french cut green beans, and so on.
I forgot my ginger, I freeze big hunks of it. Then peel and grate as needed. I want to buy a garlic press.
Bought some Shallots use those as well. Use instead of green onions.
I found bags of veggies under the basket in my deep freezer. Lol I must have been so out of it when I did that. Lolol.
I sent you a cool idea email from Imperfect Foods. Good ideas. I need to print it out.
