Herbs de Provence - French I love these in Omelets.
Dried Basil, fennel, lavender, marjoram or mint, rosemary, savory, sage & thyme.
This I have from McCormick
The 2nd is:
Fines Herbs - France Really good with pork chops and mushrooms in red wine sauce.
Parsley, chives, chervil, tarragon +/- thyme
And or savory, watercress, marjoram.
If I can find it already mixed.. McCormick of course. Or I make my own.
