I know that many of us seem to have rearranged our meals a bit, so that our largest meal has moved, etc.
But, if you could have your druthers without affecting your health, would you continue with your changes?
For example...would you choose a light or large breakfast, if weight, blood sugar, etc. would not be negatively impacted?
Would you want your heaviest meal/dinner to be earlier in the day, or between 5-7?
Would you snack at night as you read?
