So the best I can do is describe them.
There is a restaurant in Atlantic City that my aunt took me to. It is on the Boardwalk. The raisin bacon peanut butter cheese sandwich cme from there.
There is a 4* in Dallas that was amazing. It was in a Mall tucked away. Your Dad & I went there for lunch. We got free desserts. 8-).Cause the chef came out to sit with us , as we had loved the food so much the server told him about us. That was awesome.
The Charthouse in Redondo Beach. On the beach with the best salad bar ever.
The Mexican Restaurant in East LA with gigantic flour tortillas of beef and onion etc. So big they served on huge OVAL plates with Beans & Rice.
Also the restaurant in LA by the railroad tracks Fried eggs, ham, hash browns, awesome coffee and the best biscuits I have ever had.
I can't remember any of the names but for the Charthouse.
Shakey's Pizza on one of the roads East behind LAX. The best ever.
ALso El Sombrero in Manhattan Beach.. Oh wonderful Mexican food. A real hole in the wall.
The Kettle in Hermosa Beach - awesome breakfasts and lunches.
An Italian restaurant in Wichita Falls, TX It was out in the middle of nowhere, but the food was to die for. It was picked up in NYC and put down in the desert.
Tiny Naylors in Westchester, CA had the best burgers, fries or onion rings and chocolate milk shakes.
I didn't go out in TN.... but the kids fixed BBQ's that were wonderful. In fact Boy is BBQ Master Chef as far as I am concerned.. ask any of him neighbors 8-)
These are the highlights I always remember. I have my Menu collection IN MN storage with my cookbooks. I should have a few here as they were after I moved to Dallas.
