I'm not going to weigh myself for a few weeks.
I have been eating 3 meals a day with snacks... if it's popcorn for the two of us I know I won't gain from that. 8-) We have it once a week.
I am walking but not as much. It is another sunny day out but rain is due over the weekend. So I may cut the back yard. Still pulling those hideous weeds. But now I have even more of the rain flowers in the yard.
Charlie doesn't like the heat... and is lying down in the shade of the big Oak and watches me do my laps. He do some for a bit maybe 2... in the morning is much more active. Poor baby will be 8 on Halloween. That's a shock everytime I say it.
Ok food. I have Avocado toast on a take and bake loaf I bought from Imperfect foods. It is good. Now that I have a toaster I can do 4 small slices at a time. YUM! Plus good for me. I have to buy some more Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It's only taken me a year to use up the Bottle I have and I only use is for my A Toast. lol
I have been eating BLT's with mayo and now with red tipped lettuce. Ohhh I like it. The bacon is pre cooked so really no grease to speak of on the paper towel except the the fat on the bacon. So twice a week and the slices are thin & small.
Ok Cod steaks not big at all... salads of tomatoes. I ate my last zucchini. They haven't had any for a week or two.
Chicken Kiev twice. Veggies - baked potatoes, beets, green beans, corn niblets. No rice... I have plenty white, jasmine & brown but I don't seem to want it. Then pasta... had some Basil Pesto with angle hair. I have penne and ate with mixed tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and some sauce. Bought a jar of Spaghetti sauce as I am tired of making my own. lol
I had lst ribeye. 3 lg Pork chops left. Plus I have Italian sausage for jar of spaghetti sauce. I bought a pepperoni pizza and cut in 4ths - lunch even breakfast one morning. Strawberries, Grapes, Grilled cheese, grilled peanut butter and cheese sandwiches.
I really like asparagus and green beans that are grilled with parm, garlic and Pepper. They go with anything and had a baked potato with the veggies a few times for dinner.
I have a loaf of cinnamon bread.. yes it has drizzled sugar on top but I cut thin slices and a bit of butter and toast.
I can not think of what else I had... I know I had good food or I wouldn't be gaining weight. Fruit... oh Blueberry muffins in a pie plate. made three of them and still have one to go.
A peanut butter sandwich on white. Tune - ok I bought online a 4 pk of Bumble Bee. i prefer BB but this I've never seen before. Wild caught Gourmet "Prime Filet Solid White ALbacore. I always buy Albacore but never seen the Gourmet label. It was great actually added mayo with onions and s7p and. I forget. I still have 3 cans so can add the fennel to the next batch and the sourdough will be great.
OK I have two very fat cats. Soli is always overweight but now Kitty is. I swear if Soli grew back his whatsit... I will be very annoyed.
Apparently he has a bit left over and I am just hoping Kitty is not PG. Although because this is food post it might be she is gaining weight from their new Greenie treats. Cross your fingers for just plain old fatness. 8-)
OK Charlie needs to go out then I can open the gate for all my orders. Most are coming today.

Good job on the totes.. I think the same as you. Quality and then as cheap as I can get it. Whatever it is.
Hope the water is back on. That sounds like a drag... and praying no one tries to walk off with more of your other belongings. Any response from the PD?
