Romaine I keep almost frozen, then let it thaw and it is fine for salads.
Peppers, but not Zucs or Cucs. Remember if you freeze hot peppers they get hotter when frozen so use less.. I dice tons of onions and freeze, but keep some for salads.
I freeze cooked potatoes. But most veggies can be frozen. As I am sure you know.
Ok Bad new here.. the Chef Style roaster died while I was trying to cook a huge apple pie.Luckily I did not toss my old roaster out. It now has the pie in it and it's cooking. Takes 90 minutes give or take.
I had hoped to have it done before Noon. No such luck. RATS!
I had a burger or two... which was good. On bread with fries. Boy, pigged out on fries.. haven't had many taters lately.
Haven't had rice either.. but did have lots of veggies and fruit. Spaghetti - angle hair and Rotini - both with roma, onion, garlic, etc. Parm and other stuff.
