If I need to eat I do fix a peanut butter sandwich on white bread, rye or pumpernickel. That works for a at least 2 hours. Sometimes I eat 2 sandwiches which does last "almost" 4.
I try never to go to bed without eating 3 or 4 carb counts. A slice of bread is 1 carb. Pnb? depends on how much I put on the bread.
Usually I eat something that gives me the requiesite carb count. Be it candy or ice cream... though those are processed to quickly.
Unless I eat a whole pint if B&J's. Lolol
