And, you are getting to freeze the already cooked ones, so there are more no-cook meals waiting for you!
Mashed or baked potatoes were my first thought, too, but I can see it with browned potatoes, also, or even a pasta side. Or, how about buttered rice, or brothy rice? Maybe with parsley, or topped with toasted seeds? That's how a local restaurant served their rice, and it was good.
