Here's a list in order of to do.
Salute Diced
Celery
Carrots
Brown onion
for about 6 minutes
Add and saute mushed garlic
for 1 minute
Stir in diced or chunked
Cabbage I used 3/4ths of a large head green
1 bell pepper
1 can iced tomatoes
Snap peas
STIR
Add 2 boxes of 32 ozs of chicken broth
stirring
Add Seasonings
Marjoram
Oregano
S & P
Parsley - if fresh sprinkle on top as serving
Bring to boil
Simmer until veggies are tender.
This soup filled almost to the brim my 15 inch skillet. I am in love with this pan. LOL
NoteS
I thought about green beans in place of the snap peas.
The herbs would be better fresh.
