I believe if hitch hold up turn buckle is @ center line of rear end or below I think angle of hitch wont matter - it could be 90 degrees, & if we could of read our rule books the last couple of years on the hitch hold up turn buckle we probably would not be crying about hitches today. Could somebody tell me what fun it is cutting, welding, burning paint, and constantly changing hitches? Signed, Tired of Changing Hitches, Rick.
