Whereabouts in B.C.? if you're in Vancity or Victoria try asking at A&B sound or Future Shop (or whatever the big chains are in Van^_^) and also try gaming stores (E&B games, etc) or comic stores (Curious Comics etc.) they usually have a pretty good DVD selection, (if no one has any try asking if they know places you can order from) and there's always Amazon.com or ebay. Sorry I couldn't be more help!
