Posted by Slate I believe that the picture was altered for the purpose of selling more of these special edition Big Guy and Rusty comic books. The only reason someone would buy one of these things would be if they were complete Big Guy nutcases.

Don't forget to add the fact that the supposed "never before seen art" section merely includes the supposed first sketch of big guy, which looks suspiciously identical to the Big Guy on the cover of the first Big Guy and Rusty comic, only with an altered face.
