Posted by kevin on May 18, 2007, 12:53:47 On my second baja I pulled the torsions to replace the busings and I considered increasing the height, but I didn't end up doing it. First I liked the smooth ride, second I was afraid of damaging my CV's which are bus cv's.

I had a 77 baja and I was able to fit 31" tires under it with no lift. It had strong torsion bars to start with as it set higher than most bugs before it got turned into a baja.
