rear tortion??

so i think i messed up unless anyone out there has an easy fix? i took my torsion bars all the way out when i was trying to stiffin my torsion. when i put it back together the torsion was way to tight. is there any way i can set it back to stock torsion easily. and if so then what is a stock spiingplate degree?
