34 pict 3 and a 009 arrgh

Well, dammit. I just got the 71 super together (kinda, it runs and drives without insurance )and it of course has the flat spot. Any suggestions as to how to cure this. I haven't had a chance to play with the tuning any, I am just lookin for a place to start. Oh yeah, 1600 DP stock. It's going to be the wifes car. (yes ryan, I said the wifes car)
